Saganashkee Slough

20A14 scanThe sun going down over Saganashkee Slough, in Lemont, Ill. A slough is a shallow lake or swamp. Saganashkee Slough is part of the Cook County Forest Preserve System. The photo was taken in October of 1981 with a Ricoh Singlex TLS 35 mm SLR equipped with a 55 mm f/1.7 Prinz Auto Rexatar lens on Kodak Kodacolor II 100 film. The negative was enlarged optically with a Prinz 35 enlarger and a 50 mm f/3.5 Vivitar-LU lens on Kodak Panalure II Medium Weight Resin Coated silver gelatin photo paper. Processing was done using Kodak chemistry.
