Large-leaf Magnolia Sapling

A large-leaf magnolia sapling growing in a puddle of sunshine in Cumberland Falls State Resort Park, Corbin, Ky. The photo was taken in June of 1982 with a Ricoh Singlex TLS 35 mm SLR equipped with a 55 mm f/1.7 Prinz Auto Rexatar lens on Kodacolor II 100 film. The negative was enlarged optically with a Prinz 35 enlarger and a 50 mm f/3.5 Vivitar-LU lens on Kodak Panalure II Medium Weight Resin Coated silver gelatin photo paper. Processing was done using Kodak chemistry.
